Dear Guests,
            We are honoured to have you as our guest and will ensure that you have a most enjoyable and a memorable stay. Please follow  a few house rules listed below.

Amenities for you

• The Kitchen/Kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, induction, toaster, limited dishes, glasses and utensils for light meal preparation  

• Washing  facility available (Charges 100/- per bucket)

• Iron and Ironing table available for self use on request

• Netflix available on request

• Hair dryer on request

• Resident Manager available

• Scooter on rent

• Travel service available

• Parking for two wheelers available 

• Cars can be parked in front  of the house

Your Safety and Security

• It is advisable to shut your doors and windows because of mosquitos (especially after 5PM)

• Visitors are not allowed to stay inside the room beyond 10:00PM.An extra charge/joiners fee shall be added to your account should they decide to stay beyond this time.

• Do use the Safe Deposit Locker available in your room to store any valuables.

Some Important Concerns

• SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the premises

• No PETS allowed please

​

Loss or Damages

• Bringing in and/or use of flammable materials such as mosquito coil, fire crackers,etc.is strictly prohibited. Lighting of    fireworks and/or carrying of firearms are STRICTLY Prohibited   

• Damages to the guest house property and equipment due to improper use or carelessness shall be charged to your account. Charges may vary.

• The guest house shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of valuables from the room.

• Keep rooms locked at all times when going out of the room.

• Smoking inside the MAISON SOUVENIR premises is strictly prohibited (Fine=1000 INR)

• In case of stains, the following charges apply

1. Stained pillow case = 200 INR 

2. Stained towels = 350 INR

3. Stained bedsheet = 500 INR

4. Stained blanket = 1000 INR

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is 12.00 noon. Check-out time is 10AM.

• Please surrender your keys to the front office upon checkout. (Lost Key charges=1000 INR)

• For Late checkout, the following charges apply:

1. 10:00 AM  to 6:00PM = 50% of room rate

2. 6:00PM onwards = 100% of room rates

• Its advisable to settle your accounts 30 minutes before check-out.

• Payment in personal cheques are not accepted. Only cash and credit cards are accepted.

Room Maintenance 

• Please help us in conserving energy by turning off the shower and all faucets, lights, television, air conditioner and other electronic device after use and before leaving your room.

• Rooms  are only made once in a day. 

• Please  keep the Kitchen  clean and  vessels/utensils washed  after use.

• Please place soiled towels on the floor to be collected and replaced. Towels on the rack or hanger means ” I will re-use again”.

• We follow a “No Shoes inside the house” Policy. Please use the shoe rack provided.

• Consumption of food inside room is strictly prohibited.

Other concerns

• During evenings, please minimize noise and tone down the volume of the television set to avoid  disturbance to other guests.

• Please do not throw anything out of bathroom window.

• Use the trash bin please.

Environmental concerns

“GO GREEN’ is a strong concern today. We on our part  have done our bit  in it in our own way through ENERGY CONSERVATION. We have installed solar panels and solar water heater for electricity generation and hot water usage. We are also doing rain water harvesting for ground water regeneration.

Managements’ Rights

It is agreed that the guests would conduct themselves  in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the guest house premises. The management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room/rooms or other areas of the guest house.
